We are dedicated to providing quality Real Estate services to
our clients.
Jenny and Chris believe that our client is our greatest asset.
Customer
service is our top priority. Integrity and honesty are our
watchwords.
We will provide these services in the most expeditious manner
possible.
Jenny and Chris have been a working team since 2000. We
started out in a small family business that they owned and
operated, providing loans to consumers. With extensive
experience in the loan industry they know what it takes to build
a business and to build a better way of life. Being a family as
well as working together they know what other family’s face in
today’s economy. Our watch words in the loan industry are still
the very same that they are today in the Real Estate industry:

satisfaction.”
We came to realize in our loan business, that we could more
effectively help families by assisting them to find that perfect
place to house their own hopes and dreams, their homes, their
investment in the future. We believe that the
importance of building a nest for your and your family’s unique
needs is of paramount importance. Everyone needs a base from
which to springboard their own lives and build for the future.
We know that if you own your own home, it will give you a sense

We moved from Washington State in 2002. As we
will enthusiastically tell you: “We chose beautiful Northern
Nevada from all of the places in the entire country we could
have moved to. We love the high desert lifestyle and we’ve met

here in Nevada. We believe in Nevada and the wonderful people
here, who have welcomed us with open arms. We’ve put down roots

Chris is from Bend, OR originally and Jenny is from Sedona, AZ
so we are high desert people.
Reno is a desert city set in the Sierra Nevada mountains and has
an average elevation of 4700 feet. Lake Tahoe is only a 30
minute drive from Reno.
