Home Buyers
One of our specialties is helping buyers find a home in the Reno and Sparks area of Nevada. On our Home Buyers page, we will have some articles about down payment assistance programs and grants for first time home buyers, as well as home buyers that have not owned a home in the past 3 years. These are grants, and do not have to be paid back!
Investors
We also specialize in helping investors purchase high value properties (properties priced low relative to the average market price). This includes bank owned properties also known as Other Real Estate Owned (OREO's), estate sales, and other bargain purchases. Please note that we do not work on foreclosures, as the current real estate environment yields very few, if any, any bargains in foreclosures.
